Your personal data, adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary, will be treated by Camilletti srl in a lawful, correct and transparent manner in relation to you and in such a way as to ensure adequate security of the same for the following purposes:

  1. the execution of activities preliminary to the stipulation of a contract between you and Camilletti srl by the same: the condition of lawfulness is the need to perform pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. b) of the reg. (E.U.);
  2. the execution of the contract stipulated between you and Camilletti srl by the same: the condition of lawfulness is the need to perform a contract of which the interested party is a part, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. b) of the reg. (E.U.);
  3. compliance with a civil and fiscal obligation by the data controller: the condition of lawfulness is the need to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. c) of the reg. (E.U.);
  4. the fulfillment of an obligation regarding the protection of personal data and any other obligation sanctioned by a regulatory provision to which the data controller is subject: the condition of legality is the need to fulfill a legal obligation to which the owner is subject of processing, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. c) of the reg. (E.U.);
  5. the possible exercise of the right of defense in your comparisons by the data controller: the condition of legality is the need to pursue the legitimate interest (legal protection) of the data controller, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. f) of the reg. (E.U.);
  6. the protection of company assets by the data controller, including hardware maintenance, software maintenance and e-mail maintenance: the condition of legality is the need to pursue the legitimate interest (protection of company assets) of the owner of processing, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. f) of the reg. (E.U.);

With regard to the processing of your personal data carried out by Camilletti srl for the purposes listed above, any categories of recipients of your personal data may be:

  1. employees, collaborators, trainees and administrators of the data controller, as persons in charge of processing your personal data, in order to carry out activities preliminary to the stipulation of a contract and the eventual execution of the latter between you and the same , fulfill any civil and fiscal obligation, fulfill an obligation regarding the protection of personal data and any other obligation sanctioned by a regulatory provision to which the data controller is subject and possibly legally protecting yourself against him: it is specified that all such subjects are duly trained about the appropriate measures to be taken in order to protect your personal data, pursuant to art. 29 of the reg. (E.U.);
  2. persons outside of our organizational structure, as managers of the processing of your personal data, in order to carry out activities preliminary to the stipulation of a contract (eg: agents and trade agencies) and any execution of the latter stipulated between you and the same (eg: banking intermediaries, technical consultants);
  3. persons outside of our organizational structure, as managers of the processing of your personal data, in order to fulfill any civil and fiscal obligation (eg: accountants, accountants, data processing centers);
  4. persons outside of our organizational structure as data processors of your personal data, in order to fulfill any obligation regarding the protection of personal data and any other obligation sanctioned by a regulatory provision to which the data controller is subject (eg: sector companies and consultants);
  5. persons outside of our organizational structure, in order to possibly legally protect themselves (lawyers and law firms);
  6. persons outside of our organizational structure as managers of the processing of your personal data, in order to protect the company assets (eg: hardware, software, network and e-mail technicians).

It should be noted that all the aforementioned figures are bound to the data controller by a specific contract providing for adequate measures to be taken to ensure the protection of your personal data, pursuant to art. 28 of the reg. (E.U.).

Decision to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organisation:
The data controller has decided not to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization, as it has been assessed as currently not necessary.

Period of storage of your personal data:
Camilletti srl will keep your personal data processed by the same for the execution of activities preliminary to the stipulation of a contract between you and the same in a form that allows your identification for a period of time equal to the execution of preliminary activities and for a further period of time equal to 5 years for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the data controller, and then providing for their destruction or cancellation.

Camilletti srl will keep your personal data processed by the same for the purposes of the execution of the contract stipulated between you and the same, of the protection of the corporate assets, of the fulfillment of any civil and fiscal obligation and of the fulfillment of any obligation in protection of personal data and any other obligation established by a regulatory provision to which the data controller is subject in a way that allows his identification for a period of time equal to the execution of the contract between you and the same and for a further period of time equal to 10 years for the purposes of any further process within the period of allowed time, to then provide for their destruction or cancellation.

Camilletti srl will keep your personal data processed by the same for the purposes of exercising the right of defence in your regard in a form that allows your identification only for a period of time equal to the possible legal protection for you, and then to provide for their destruction or cancellation.

Camilletti srl will keep your personal data processed by the same for the purposes of carrying out the promotional and / or advertising activity inherent to the economic activity carried out by the data controller in a form that allows his identification only for a period of time equal to existence of consent to the processing of your personal data for this specific purpose provided by you, and then to provide for their destruction or cancellation.

Your rights:

  1. access your personal data, pursuant to art. 15 of the reg. (E.U.) in order to verify the processing of your personal data and, if so:
    1. obtain information on the purposes of this processing;
    2. obtain information on the categories of your personal data processed;
    3. obtain information on any categories of recipients of your personal data;
    4. obtain information on the retention period of your personal data;
    5. obtain information on the existence of your right to rectify or cancel your personal data or on your right to limit the processing of the same;
    6. obtain information on the existence of your right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data;
    7. obtain information on the possible use of an automated decision-making process in the processing of your personal data, including the logic used and the consequences for your consideration provided for such treatment;
  2. rectify your personal data, pursuant to art. 16 of the reg. (E.U.), in case of unexpected dispute of the exactness of the same;
  3. integrate your personal data, pursuant to art. 16 of the reg. (E.U.), in case of unexpected dispute of the completeness of the same;
  4. cancel your personal data, pursuant to art. 17 of the reg. (E.U.), unless it is necessary to fulfill any legal obligation to the contrary or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, in the event of:
    1. supervening absence of need to process such personal data for the stated purposes;
    2. the exercise of your right to object to processing, excluding the prevalence of the legitimate interest of the data controller in your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms;
    3. the ascertainment of the unlawfulness of the processing of your personal data;
    4. occurrence of an imposing legal obligation to cancel such personal data;
  5. limit the processing of your personal data, pursuant to art. 18 of the reg. (E.U.), in case of:
    1. supervising the accuracy of such personal data, even if limited to the time period necessary for the subsequent verification by the data controller;
    2. the ascertainment of the unlawfulness of the processing of your personal data, supplemented by the subsequent opposition to the cancellation of the same;
    3. supervening absence of need to process such personal data for the stated purposes, supplemented by the simultaneous need to process them to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
  6. the exercise of your right to object to processing, even if limited to the time period necessary for the subsequent verification by the data controller;
  7. receive in structured format, commonly used and readable by an electronic tool and, if necessary, have it transmitted to another data controller, pursuant to art. 20 of the reg. (E.U.), your personal data processed by the data controller by automated means;
  8. oppose the processing of your personal data, pursuant to art. 21 of the reg. (E.U.), in case of unexpected dispute of the prevalence of the legitimate interest of the data controller in your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

Camilletti srl is required to comply with any exercise of your rights listed above without undue delay.

Your right to file a complaint:
You, as an interested party, can exercise the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in the event of supervening disputes with the reg. (E.U.) of the processing of your personal data carried out by the data controller, pursuant to art. 77 of the reg. (E.U.) itself, by forwarding the appropriate form to the e-mail address ‘protocollo@pec.gpdp.it’.

Nature of the communication of your personal data:
Your communication to the data controller of your personal data is contractually obligatory as regards the completion of the activities preliminary to the stipulation of a contract and the eventual execution of the latter stipulated between you and the same, to fulfill any civil and financial obligation, to fulfill any obligation regarding the protection of personal data and any other obligation sanctioned by a regulatory provision to which the data controller is subject.
In fact, we remind you that your refusal to provide such personal data would make it impossible for the data controller to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.
